    		To introduce New Sugar cane cultivation technique for benefit to the farmers and sugar mills
    		Setting up of Co-Generation plants with private parties on BOOT basis.
    		To make Distilleries a profitable units by having license to Manufacture Rectified Sprit & Punjab Medium Liquor.
    		To revive the close sugar mills viz Faridkot, Tarn Taran, Zira, Patiala, Jagraon on BOOT basis.
    		Setting up of Vermi Compost unit in all the sugar mills.
