a) Governing Board:-  The Governing Board of the Institute comprises of the Managing Directors of all Coop. Apex member institutions such as PSCB, SADB, Markfed, Milkfed, Sugarfed, Housefed, Puncofed, Labourfed and Weavco.

b) Chairman:-  It is a great honor for PICT that Head of Cooperatives i.e. worthy RCS(Pb.) Dr. G. Vajralingam, IAS is the Head/Chairman of Governing Board of PICT.

c) Managing Director:- PICT has a Managing Director who has powers and duties to run the affairs of the PICT in accordance with the policies and programmes framed by the Governing Board. Currently Sh. Muneshwar Chander is the Managing Director of Institute.

d) Faculty :-  The Principal, E.O. and faculty members are drawn on deputation either from Coop. Department or from Coop. Institutions. PICT has one part time faculty member and three full time faculty members on contract basis. It also invites eminent guest faculty from reputed academic institutions to deliver ‘Talks & Lectures’ on different topics as desired by the curriculum designed for various training programmes.
