a) Computer Lab
            PICT has setup its own Computer Lab with all modern facilities to impart training to all employees from grass root levels on I.T.E.S. This will also facilitate the computerization of PACS. This Computer Lab is being extended with 10 more systems for accommodating more trainees.

b) Cooperative Convention Centre- Proposed PICT Building at Mohali.
                  PICT owns a 2 acre plot in Sector 70, Mohali. There is a plan to build a modern building, “Cooperative Convention Centre” on it. This building will house SADB, Weavco, The SAS Nagar Central Cooperative Bank, Milkfed, Housefed, Labourfed etc. This will also have an exhibition hall, one auditorium, meetings halls & State-of-the-Art classrooms & Hostel cum guest rooms. It is proposed that the above Apex Institutions will contribute on the basis of space required by them. This proposal is under process.
                  The basic drawings of this building have been approved by GMADA.  The architect has been assigned the job of preparing an MOU between participating institutions as acceptable to them under GMADA guide lines and MOU is nearing the final stage. The Architect will be appointed in near future. The appointment of IQAC is also under process.  The Governing Board of PICT has appointed a Building Committee for the finalisation of building process. Hon’ble COM laid the Foundation Stone of this ‘Sahikarita Gaurav Bhawan’ on 14.11.2008 in Mohali, during Cooperative Week Celebrations.
